The Judge Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate supplier transition activities for their Center of Excellence (COE). This role involves ensuring seamless migration of services while adhering to compliance and governance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to COE operating model and governance frameworks
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for supplier transition projects
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress - Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (IT, Procurement, HR, Finance) and external suppliers
- Maintain transition documentation including RACI matrices, SOPs, and knowledge transfer plans
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with previous experience assisting in the set up, and management of, Global Center of Excellence (COE)
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, contract management systems, and COE operating models
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- 3 years in supplier transition or outsourcing projects
