Auto Glass Now, part of Driven Brands Shared Services LLC, provides exceptional auto glass services and is seeking a Sales Account Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth. This role involves serving accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Serving accounts and visiting clients in the Berkshire County territory
- Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities
- Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising its profile with customers
- Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
- May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Ability to prioritize time and resources to achieve metrics and complete task
- Multi-task, prioritize, organize and coordinate projects to meet simultaneous deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of auto glass or collision experience
- Experience working with insurance carriers
