About this role
Scalence L.L.C. is dedicated to enhancing supply chain capabilities for cloud data centers. They are seeking a Program Manager Tech 4 to support spares supply chain projects, develop business requirements, and collaborate with engineering and IT teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support spares supply chain projects and initiatives
- Develop business requirements, process flows, and project documents
- Collaborate with engineering, IT teams, and developers
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements
- Gather requirements from business teams and create process flow documents
- Utilize tools such as SharePoint, Excel/Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Project, Loop, ADO, and SAP
Requirements:
- Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2
- Strong technical project management background
- Experience with system implementation and supply chain projects
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work with engineering and IT teams effectively
- Knowledge of SAP ERP
- Experience with system testing
- Background in supplier on-boarding and trade for supply chain
