Valant is an established market-leading, software-as-a-service organization serving the unique needs of the behavioral healthcare industry. As the Content Marketing Manager, you will own and scale Valant’s content engine to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline growth while developing and executing a high-impact content strategy that supports every stage of the buyer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute Valant’s content marketing strategy and roadmap aligned to revenue and GTM priorities
- Develop demand-generating content that supports awareness, pipeline creation, and sales enablement across the buyer journey
- Own Valant’s webinar program end-to-end, from topic strategy and speaker coordination to promotion, repurposing, and performance tracking
- Create compelling written, video, and multimedia content including blogs, case studies, data reports, landing pages, webinars, short-form video, and sales collateral
- Leverage proprietary data and product insights to produce differentiated, data-driven thought leadership content
- Improve Valant’s organic visibility and authority through strong SEO strategy and optimization for answers engines (GEO)
- Manage a robust pipeline of content ideas and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
- Build scalable production and distribution workflows using contractors and AI tools to maximize efficiency and quality
- Partner cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure content drives measurable results
- Track and analyze content performance, continuously optimizing to increase engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience
- Proven track record of building content programs that generate measurable demand and pipeline impact
- Strong understanding of SEO and GEO strategy
- Experience owning webinar or virtual event strategy
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across written, video, and multimedia formats
- Experience using proprietary or product data to create thought leadership
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and build structured editorial roadmaps
- Experience managing freelancers or agencies
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools to accelerate content production, improve quality, and maximize reach
- High ownership, bias toward action, and comfort collaborating in fast-paced, high-growth environment
