Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking Bilingual Call Center Representatives to work from home for a premier client in Indianapolis. The role involves answering inbound calls, entering client information, and establishing professional relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls
- Acting as first point-of-contact for caller
- Entering client/patient information into website
- Retrieving information relating to client/patient
- Establishing a professional relationship while understanding client/patient needs
Requirements:
- YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF INDIANAPOLIS
- You are FLUENT in FRENCH
- YOU MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer literate, navigate between programs, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Call center or customer service experience
- Great interpersonal skills
