Foxhole Technology is a recognized leader in cybersecurity and IT support for federal agencies, seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analyst. This role focuses on analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights within an Oracle-based analytics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions within Oracle Apex environment
- Partner with Government stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success metrics
- Review analytics and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for executive leadership and Government stakeholders
- Identify trends that may impact mission outcomes and the information environment
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Develop and document processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Support data governance and reporting best practices
- Support BI solutions across all phases from requirements gathering through implementation and sustainment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing data
- Experience building reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or similar tools
- Experience supporting reporting within Oracle APEX or similar BI/reporting platforms
- Experience with data visualization and communicating insights through reports and dashboards
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and validate data accuracy and integrity
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's (BS) degree
- Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (OCI and/or AWS)
- Experience working with Oracle BI Administration Tool (RPD) for semantic modeling and data source configuration
- Experience using JIRA or similar tools to manage analytics work
