Senior Business Analyst

Global Technical Talent is a staffing firm that supports Fortune 500 organizations. The Senior Business Analyst will support the Workforce Management solution within the Back of Stores domain, focusing on the integration of UKG WFM platforms with Workday.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements
• Facilitate the design of integrated solutions across process, technical, and organizational dimensions
• Ensure end-to-end solutions deliver required business outcomes
• Drive stakeholder adoption of new processes and solutions
• Communicate with business SMEs to manage expectations and project status updates
• Drive definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements
• Support knowledge transfer to Global Production Support post-implementation
• Develop and track plans to create BA deliverables on assigned projects
• Create and execute industry-standard documentation including:
• Process Maps
• Data Flow Diagrams
• Requirements Specifications
• Functional Design & Configuration
• Use Case Scenarios
• Acceptance Testing documentation
• Coordinate user activities across the project lifecycle
• Develop, execute, and validate user acceptance test plans
• Conduct business process mapping and functional/technical gap analysis
• Build business rationale, ROI analysis, and solution recommendations
• Facilitate functional requirement gathering sessions
• Support testing requirements, including manual testing for UKG PRO

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with UKG WFM (Kronos) platforms (WFC & PRO)
• Experience with test strategies and manual testing for UKG PRO
• Risk and compliance management for UKG PRO (mandatory)
• Understanding of SOX compliance (mandatory)
• Agile SAFe methodology experience (mandatory)
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for documentation of stories, features, and requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience
• UKG WFM (WFC & PRO) expertise
• Agile SAFe methodology
• Risk & compliance management (SOX)
• Experience with Workday, specifically integrations (strong preference)
• Project management experience (not seeking a Project Manager)
• Workday integrations
• JIRA and Confluence documentation
• Business process mapping and gap analysis
• User Acceptance Testing coordination
