- Build a seamless driver lifecycle by improving onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention through behavior-changing product improvements
- Optimize job discovery, job acceptance, and in-app workflows to reduce friction and make it faster and easier for drivers to find, accept, and complete deliveries
- Improve marketplace health metrics including acceptance rate, cancellation rate, driver utilization, fill rate, and overall reliability
- Partner closely with Operations to understand real-world driver pain points and translate qualitative insights into scalable product solutions
- Establish baseline reporting and dashboards for key driver KPIs, using data to identify gaps, measure impact, and prioritize effectively
- Collaborate deeply with Engineering and Design — participating in problem definition, solution exploration, and execution details to ensure high-quality delivery
- Analyze competitive products and adjacent marketplaces (e.g., rideshare, gig platforms) to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
- Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, fast-moving challenges while balancing short-term wins with long-term platform scalability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplace, logistics, mobility, or other operationally complex environments
- Demonstrated success owning user-facing product experiences end-to-end, with measurable impact on engagement, retention, or revenue metrics
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills across Engineering, Design, and Operations
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute across multiple high-impact initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Comfort operating close to the details — comfortable pulling your own data, analyzing metrics, and diving into workflows when needed
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes
- Experience building or improving two-sided marketplace experiences is preferred but not required
- Background in mobile-first product experiences
- Demonstrated upward mobility across previous roles, with increasing scope, ownership, and impact
- Experience building products that directly impact marketplace health metrics (e.g., utilization, fill rate, cancellations, reliability)
