About this role
Call For Referral is looking for experienced engineers to collaborate with leading AI research labs. The Senior Software Engineer will utilize advanced AI-assisted development tools and provide feedback to improve AI-generated outputs while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
Responsibilities:
- Use advanced AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day engineering work
- Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code and technical outputs
- Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning, reliability, and performance
- Partner with AI research teams to iterate on tools, workflows, and evaluation methods
- Work independently and asynchronously while meeting quality and delivery standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++
- Experience with code reviews, debugging, testing, and system design
- Comfortable working with technical documentation and providing precise feedback
- Prior experience with large codebases or open-source projects is a plus
