Solution Integration Engineer - Fremont

Delta Electronics Americas is a global leader in switching power supplies and thermal management products, focusing on energy-efficient solutions. The Solution Integration Engineer will be responsible for system integration testing, validation of interoperability in data center environments, and supporting deployment activities to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and document system integration testing for hardware and software
• Validate interoperability between components within data center environments
• Test end-to-end workflows including connectivity, redundancy, and failover scenarios
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and validation procedures
• Conduct functional, performance, stress, and regression testing
• Identify, document, and track defects; support root-cause analysis
• Use monitoring and diagnostic tools to verify performance and identify bottlenecks
• Support pre-deployment staging and post-deployment validation activities
• Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve integration or performance issues
• Maintain accurate records of test results, integration procedures, and configurations
• Provide regular progress updates, test metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience in data center engineering, testing, or system integration
• Strong knowledge of data center power and/or cooling infrastructure
• Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
