Product Manager, Crypto Brokerage

OnePay is a consumer fintech company focused on improving the financial system for millions of Americans. They are seeking a Product Manager for their Crypto Brokerage team to enhance their crypto trading solution and drive user engagement through innovative features.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product execution across core consumer crypto trading, growth, and related brokerage features
• Ship high-impact features such as in-app notifications, trading incentives, and optimized UX to drive user engagement and conversion
• Own the lifecycle of money movement products, including crypto-specific areas like deposits, withdrawals, and staking
• Maintain and prioritize your slice of the roadmap in support of our overall launch plan
• Translate complex technical and partner requirements into clear tickets, user flows, and stakeholder updates

Requirements:

• 3-10+ years of relevant experience in technical product management or similar role (e.g. engineering, technical product management)
• Domain expertise in crypto trading or a strong background in equities brokerage
• Execution-first mindset: You have a proven track record of shipping core trading features and navigating fast-moving environments
• Executive presentation skills - tight communication that gets buy-in for key initiatives
• Experience working with legal, compliance, product, business, engineering and other key stakeholders
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
• Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
