Anomaly Squared is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Outbound Insurance team. This role involves engaging potential clients, addressing their inquiries, and supporting the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients via phone to provide information about our services
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions to their needs
• Support the sales team by transferring pre qualified leads

Requirements:

• Must reside in one of the following US states: NC, KS, SC, GA, TX, OK
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
