Supplier Quality Engineer Summer Intern

AeroMatrix 12 is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineering Graduate Intern to collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers and Supply Chain teams. The role focuses on supporting supplier performance improvement initiatives through process optimization, data analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Supplier Quality Engineers to analyze processes and supplier performance data
• Support development of reporting tools and dashboards to improve supplier quality visibility
• Assist in driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers
• Support management and resolution of supplier non-conformities in collaboration with Supplier Quality and Purchasing teams
• Monitor and publish key supplier quality metrics
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives across supplier quality operations

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in one of the following (or related) disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Supply Chain, Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Construction Management, or Industrial & Systems Engineering
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
• Project management skills
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Spotfire, or similar)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. person requirement)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) is a plus
• Exposure to manufacturing environments preferred
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems and tools is a plus
