Logile, Inc. is a leading provider of retail labor planning and inventory management solutions, serving thousands of retail locations globally. The Product Manager – IMS Corporate Modules will own the product roadmap for corporate-level inventory and merchandising capabilities, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure integration and delivery of scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for corporate IMS modules, including corporate ordering, allocation, assortment management, pricing, and forecasting and replenishment
- Translate corporate retail workflows into scalable, configurable product capabilities that drive measurable customer value
- Identify root business problems beneath surface requests and design forward-looking solutions that improve efficiency, usability, and competitive differentiation
- Ensure tight integration across IMS, WFM, and Store Execution platforms to support end-to-end retail workflows
- Define clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and UX teams
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical dependencies
- Operate effectively within agile delivery models, managing shifting priorities while maintaining momentum
- Track multiple workstreams, dependencies, and risks to ensure high-quality, timely releases
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Pre-Sales, Implementation, Customer Support, and Product Marketing
- Collaborate with corporate retail stakeholders across merchandising, supply chain, pricing, and planning functions
- Communicate evolving requirements clearly to prevent misalignment across teams
- Support customer engagements, demos, and solution positioning for corporate retail use cases
- Engage directly with enterprise retail customers and industry experts to uncover explicit and unspoken pain points
- Apply strong user empathy to design solutions that are intuitive, practical, and drive adoption
- Monitor trends across merchandising, pricing, allocation, and assortment planning
- Anticipate downstream impacts of design decisions across interconnected modules
- Challenge legacy approaches and reimagine workflows that elevate Logile’s platform to industry-leading standards
- Balance strategic corporate objectives with real-world store execution realities
- Contribute to product management best practices, governance, and documentation standards
Requirements:
- Significant experience in corporate retail environments, ideally within grocery or multi-unit retail
- Deep understanding of enterprise inventory, merchandising, pricing, and planning workflows
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable product or system designs
- Strong systems thinking combined with deep user empathy
- Excellent organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-change, agile environments
- Experience partnering cross-functionally across technical and business teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or replenishment strategy
- Background in corporate ordering, allocation, or inventory optimization
- Exposure to pricing strategy, promotions, or margin management
- Experience working with merchandising or category management teams
- Hands-on experience with ERP, forecasting, replenishment, or pricing systems
- Experience supporting retail technology implementations
- Familiarity with inventory control concepts such as shrink, waste, and turnover
- Experience in multi-banner or multi-format retail environments
- Experience with Jira, Figma, or similar product development tools
- Experience working in global or distributed teams
