Software Engineer, Microsoft Azure Technologies

BlueVoyant is a company focused on cyber security and innovation, and they are seeking a talented Software Engineer specializing in Microsoft Azure Technologies. The role involves developing and maintaining Azure SaaS applications, collaborating with teams to implement new features, and conducting research on emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure SaaS applications and Function Apps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Conduct research into upcoming technologies and integrate them into projects
• Rapidly prototype solutions to validate concepts and ideas
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Azure SaaS and Function App development
• Proficiency in C#
• Proficiency in Python beneficial
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience with AI services in Azure is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong research skills and a passion for learning new technologies
• Deep understanding of Azure serverless components and infrastructure
• Prior experience with AI tooling, RAG bots, AI Agents, Azure AI Studio
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
