Cognizant is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to manage and monitor cloud infrastructure. The role involves configuring cloud monitoring, troubleshooting outages, and supporting application deployments.
Responsibilities:
- As a senior Cloud infrastructure engineer , you will be required to monitoring and Daily Health Checkup Including Disk space, SSM agent status
- Configure and manage cloud infrastructure monitoring through AWS CloudWatch. And Dynatrace
- Production instance EBS (Elastic Block Store) snapshot
- Monitoring Subversion Code Repository
- Investigation of alerts sent by the monitoring application (e.g. CloudWatch) for system outages
- Configuration of CloudWatch monitoring to automatically notify the on-call team in case of critical events
- Manage Virtual private Cloud (VPC) flow logs and EC2 logs
- Manage log bucket access and AWS account access in LZ2
- Troubleshooting cloud infrastructure service outage and Network issue
- Resize cloud infrastructure as guided by FME
- Create DNS private hosted zones and Request firewall changes
- Manage AWS account creation and Restart Container, EC2 Instance
- Share AMIs and S3 objects between AWS account
- Send service downtime communications over the weekends
- Request SSL certificates and manage EBS Disk Size
- Support Application deployment by executing the steps from approved deployment runbook/work instruction
- Validating backups enabled for EC2 and RDS instances and reporting
- Creation of S3 bucket access policy
- Dynatrace one agent installation and configuration
- Maintain infrastructure Documentation
- Install TriZetto Facets suite
Requirements:
- AWS connectivity and integration
- 6 years of experience
- Install TriZetto Facets suite
- Monitoring and Daily Health Checkup Including Disk space, SSM agent status
- Configure and manage cloud infrastructure monitoring through AWS CloudWatch and Dynatrace
