Software Engineers

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and analyze aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering solutions aligned with project requirements
• Participate in the integration and testing of complex systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, software developers, and quality assurance personnel, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress and findings effectively
• Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during development and operational phases
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and security protocols
• Assist in the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and incorporate innovative approaches into project work

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience in aerospace, electrical, mechanical, systems, or related fields
• U.S. citizenship required to qualify for a DOD Secret Security Clearance
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design, and analysis
• Experience with industry-standard engineering tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus
