This role focuses on designing and implementing AI-driven workflows and agent architectures to deliver high-quality, safe, and measurable AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement agentic workflows tailored to enterprise use cases
- Build and maintain prompt libraries and reusable solution recipes
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and tool-calling patterns
- Develop evaluation harnesses to measure quality, safety, and performance
- Collaborate with customers to translate business processes into AI workflows
- Apply safety constraints, guardrails, and policy controls within solutions
- Iterate rapidly based on evaluation results and real-world usage
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and agent design patterns
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddings
- Familiarity with evaluation methodologies for LLM quality and safety
- Experience orchestrating tools and APIs within agent workflows
- Ability to reason about failure modes, hallucinations, and mitigation strategies
