Oracle HCM Project Manager - 100% Remote (PST)

HYR Global Source Inc is seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Lead Project Manager with strong functional Oracle HCM expertise to lead a full-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The role involves guiding HR stakeholders through system design decisions, process transformation, and integration strategy, while ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation from initiation through go-live and stabilization
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and dependencies
• Act as Oracle HCM functional SME guiding HR business teams through: Core HR design decisions, Payroll configuration, Integration design with ADP Payroll, Process transformation initiatives
• Oversee and manage third-party vendors and system integrators
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, action items, and decision logs
• Ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of all project phases
• Lead change management efforts and organizational adoption initiatives
• Track and manage project financials and scope changes through structured change control processes
• Prepare executive-level status reports and present updates to Program Leadership

Requirements:

• Former Oracle HCM Functional Consultant turned Project Manager
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Experienced in complex enterprise-wide HCM transformation programs
• Ability to lead in a collaborative, solution-oriented manner
• 15+ years of overall Project Management experience
• 5+ years as an Oracle HCM Project Manager
• Prior hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (EBS HRMS or Fusion HCM)
• Strong expertise in: Core HR, Payroll, ADP Payroll Integration (Required), HCM Integrations
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
• Strong executive-level communication skills
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functional architecture
• Expertise in ADP Payroll integration design and payroll data synchronization
• Strong knowledge of HCM data structures and integration dependencies
• Experience with business process transformation and redesign
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to lead strategic Oracle initiatives across the organization
• Strong organizational change management leadership
• Recognized subject matter expert in Oracle HCM implementation
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
