Lenmar Consulting Inc is seeking a proactive, results-driven SPMO Project Manager to lead complex enterprise initiatives and drive organizational change. This role requires a strong thought leader who takes initiative and influences stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle project ownership (scope, schedule, budget, risk, documentation) required
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Project Plan
- Experience leading Organizational Readiness & Training programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Self-starter who doesn't wait for direction
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Full lifecycle project ownership (scope, schedule, budget, risk, documentation) required
- PMP preferred
- OnePlan experience is a strong plus
- Financial services / IT / process improvement experience preferred
