The Marketing & Communications FSTC Manager supports the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies for the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit Program, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with families, donors, and school partners throughout Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & HubSpot Administration
- Content Creation
- Social Media Management
- Project Coordination the planning, execution, and financial oversight of enterprise-wide special projects, including business transformation, cost optimization, system integration, and operational improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- Demonstrated success and a proven track record in professional/life experience in specific job functions, projects, or industries, and military service can substitute for the formal education requirements
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, email automation, list segmentation, analytics, and CRM functions
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or communications. (Education field preferred).or CPA strongly preferred
