Cisco Systems is a leading technology company focused on revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect. As a Software Engineer on the CCW Quoting team, you will develop core services and high-performance applications that enhance Cisco's quoting workflows and support its sales ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the core services that drive the end-to-end deal and quote lifecycle
- Build high-performance, full-stack applications to simplify complex quoting workflows
- Ensure a seamless experience for Cisco’s sales ecosystem
- Collaborate with product owners and data operations
- Architect scalable API solutions that integrate pricing logic and configuration rules into a unified quoting engine
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience building web applications and integrations, using server-side software development with Java and Spring/Spring Boot
- Proven experience developing enterprise applications with object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Experience with continuous delivery, unit testing, test automation, security analysis, and code reviews
- Proficiency in non-SQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra
- Knowledge of CI/CD platforms, including Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Spinnaker, Docker, or related tools
- Proficiency in deployments, test automation, and/or documentation
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
