Leidos is pursuing the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract and currently has an opening for a Service Now Engineer supporting AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle clouds. This role involves modernizing a multi-cloud environment in support of critical missions, focusing on system resiliency, security, and cost effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Install ServiceNow product/modules
- Lead initiative to integrate commercial software into ServiceNow
- Design/configure/develop/integrate product/modules to meet business needs
- Implementation of self-service catalog on ServiceNow
- Create, maintain and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
- Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles
- Assist with creation and cataloging of business process flows
- Document and track vendor software roadmaps for software and patch version updates, and unit test their software and perform code reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelors and 8+ years or more of experience; Masters and 6+ years or more of experience. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Active Secret Security clearance required
- US citizenship required
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in a customer-facing position
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1
- Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle clouds
- ServiceNow certification(s)
