About this role
HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking a Generative AI Engineer to work closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Program teams at Nike. The role focuses on validating and enhancing a new Generative AI solution, requiring hands-on testing and collaboration to improve product quality and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Validate and enhance capabilities of a GenAI-powered application
- Work closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Program teams
- Conduct functional, usability, and quality testing
- Provide actionable feedback to improve safety and user experience
- Support development and execution of automated tests using AI copilots
- Collaborate across business and technology teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 8–9 years of relevant experience
- PhD or Law degree + 6 years' experience
- Master's degree + 7 years' experience
- Associate degree + 9 years' experience
- High School diploma + 10 years' experience
- Experience with React, Node.js, Databricks, and LLM integrations
- Ability to quickly learn new tools with minimal guidance
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to build partnerships across multi-layered organizations
- Familiarity with enterprise data landscapes
- Experience testing AI or GenAI applications
- Knowledge of automated testing tools and AI copilots
