End User Computing Engineer

TechClub Inc is seeking an End User Computing Engineer to enhance their IT operations. The role involves designing and supporting VDI environments, managing endpoints, and applying AI tools to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in End User Computing / Endpoint Engineering roles
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr)
• Strong experience designing and supporting VDI environments (AVD, Citrix, and/or VMware)
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Experience integrating physical and virtual endpoints into a unified management and security model
• Demonstrated experience applying AI or AI-enabled tools to IT operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, applications, identity, networking, and performance
• Experience working in ITIL-aligned environments

• Azure or VDI-related certifications
• ITIL Foundation
• Security+
