NVIDIA is a leader in parallel and visual computing, seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager to oversee project delivery in data center environments. The role involves managing projects from inception to production, establishing relationships with collaborators, and ensuring technical solutions meet company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators
- Understand the high and low-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions
- Ensure that company requirements are produced to standard promptly
- Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers
- Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners
- Lead complex installations, Report and advance all observed problems to proper operational partner concern points
- Handle the communication of project changes and release notices to customers
- Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely
- Be willing to work irregular hours as required
Requirements:
- BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in project delivery management
- Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products
- Hands-on experience supporting data center infrastructure deployments across compute and GPU platforms, network integration, cluster validation, and HPC validation frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers
- Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams
- Superb communication and presentation/oral skills
- Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision
- Experience leading global projects
- PMP Certification
- HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies
