Bonterra is a company dedicated to increasing the giving rate as a percentage of GDP through innovative technology and expertise. The Project Manager will support the planning and execution of small-scale projects, assist with administrative duties, and facilitate communication between teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and tracking software implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Serve as a point of contact for routine client communications, helping to gather requirements and relay updates
- Support the creation and maintenance of project timelines, meeting schedules, and task assignments
- Prepare and update project documentation such as implementation plans, status reports, and meeting notes
- Monitor progress of assigned tasks using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Confluence, Certinia), ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, QA, project team, etc.) to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
- Help identify, log, and track project issues or risks, escalating when necessary
- Ensure project activities follow standard implementation processes and best practices
- Continuously build knowledge in product, implementation methodologies, and project management
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, coordinator roles, or junior project work)
- Experience in software, SaaS, or IT environments is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
- Basic understanding of software development or implementation lifecycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Awareness of basic project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Clear and professional communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
