About this role
Invert is a Bioprocess AI Software company focused on accelerating the development of life-changing therapies and sustainable products. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to efficiently ship new features and make sound technical decisions that support the growth of their user base and product surface area.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that your team efficiently ships new features that meet the specifications and standards set by our Product team
- Ensure that your team makes sound technical decisions that allow us to sustainably scale our user base and the surface area of our products
- Deliver on this mission through both hands-on delivery and project leadership
Requirements:
- Experience with backend technologies such as Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform hosted on AWS
- Experience with frontend technologies such as Next.js with TypeScript and TailwindCSS
- Experience with collaboration tools like GitHub, Linear, Slack, and Notion
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Intrinsic motivation and ambition to succeed
- Effective communication skills to ensure information is shared appropriately
- Ability to mentor and empower others
