Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and analyze aerospace and defense systems in accordance with project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components effectively
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress and findings
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and compliance activities to meet regulatory standards
• Support the development of innovative solutions that enhance system capabilities and efficiency
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve engineering practices
• Adhere to security protocols and ensure all work complies with organizational and governmental security policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of relevant engineering experience in a related field
• Eligibility to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
• Experience working on defense or aerospace projects
