Responsibilities:
- Set the vision for Agentic AI in Sales Hub: Define what great looks like when AI doesn’t just assist sellers, but proactively executes workflows that drive revenue growth
- Identify high-impact net-new opportunities: Spot whitespace where AI agents can unlock step-function improvements in rep productivity, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes
- Build 0→1 AI-native experiences: Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch intelligent systems that act on behalf of users — from autonomous prospecting workflows to deal coaching agents
- Partner deeply across HubSpot: Collaborate with AI platform teams, data science, UX, engineering, and go-to-market to ship differentiated, scalable capabilities
- Shape responsible AI experiences: Balance automation with transparency, control, quality and trust so customers feel confident delegating meaningful work to AI
- Define and champion a long-term strategic vision and roadmap for a significant product area, influencing the overall direction and success of the product line and aligning it with company objectives
- Lead cross-functional alignment and drive strategic initiatives across multiple teams and departments, setting ambitious goals and fostering a deep understanding and motivation to achieve them, particularly with senior stakeholders
