Maven Clinic is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, dedicated to making healthcare accessible for all. They are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead the migration of product demos, build a demo library, and create engaging product videos and guided tours.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end migration of our product demos into our new demo platform, including asset inventory, workflow redesign, content updates and quality assurance
- Build a scalable demo library that showcases Maven's product capabilities across use cases, market segments, and programs
- Create interactive, engaging product videos that communicate Maven's best-in-class member experience and competitive differentiation
- Design guided tours and product walkthroughs for integrated marketing campaigns, website experiences, and product launches
- Enable Maven sellers with the updated sales demo experience and best practices
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to understand demo requirements, gather insights, and continuously improve demo content based on field feedback
- Support optimizing the test account experience, ensuring a reliable and seamless experience for Sales, Clients and Leadership
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, sales engineering, or product demos, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Hands-on experience building interactive product demos, with a strong understanding of demo storytelling and user flows
- Experience with demo and design tools such as Figma, Arcade, Canva, or Capsule
- Video production skills including scripting, editing, and post-production
- Strong visual design sensibility and understanding of user experience principles
- B2B sales enablement experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and understanding buyer journey touchpoints
- Project management skills to juggle multiple demo projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently, solve problems, and drive projects to completion
