Expert Data Engineer

Ciklum is a custom product engineering company that supports multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. They are seeking an Expert Data Engineer to join a cross-functional development team, focusing on deploying machine learning models and collaborating with various teams to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work in partner with data scientists in deployment of models that are being developed, manage them in production, make updates
• Set guidance and educate data scientists in best practices for ML ops in GCP for Code deployment
• ML-Ops: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models in production, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams, including product managers, engineers and business analysts to understand business needs
• Innovation: Stay up to date with latest advancements in data science and machine learning and apply them to improve existing processes and models
• Reporting: Create and present detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Compliance: Ensure all data practices comply with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Results-driven Data Engineer/Analytical engineer with 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines and analytics solutions across eCommerce, healthcare, and digital platforms
• Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform
• Expert in Azure Databricks, Google BigQuery, ML-Ops, including working with DAGs and following CI/CD pipelines code deployment in production
• Snowflake as well as ETL tool such as ADF, DBT, and Power BI
• Skilled in modern data stack, Medallion architecture, and real-time streaming using Kafka
• Known for delivering scalable, secure, and efficient data infrastructures that drive actionable insights
