Systems Engineers

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and analyze aerospace components and systems, including aerodynamics, structural dynamics, and aircraft performance
• Participate in system integration, testing, and validation activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet mission-critical requirements
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and manuals to support project development and compliance efforts
• Conduct failure analysis, risk assessments, and reliability evaluations to enhance system durability and performance
• Support the implementation of system safety protocols and configuration management processes
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes and project outcomes
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into projects

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of relevant engineering experience in aerospace, electrical, mechanical, systems, or related fields
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance
• Strong technical background with demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus
• Experience working with defense or aerospace projects
