They are seeking an AI Infrastructure Engineer who will define and design end-to-end Data Center operations and facility managed services, influencing customer outcomes through scalable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Define complete DC Facility Management & Smart/Remote Hands scope – 24×7 operations, incident management, rack & stack, cabling, inventory & lifecycle support
- Design staffing models, shift structures, skill pyramids, escalation paths, and SLA-aligned response frameworks
- Build comprehensive RFP/RFI responses —SOW, SLAs/OLAs, assumptions, governance, transition, and steady-state models
- Develop detailed techno-commercial cost models —manpower, tooling, spares, logistics, partner services
- Define monitoring, ticketing, and command-center constructs for proactive operations
- Collaborate with delivery & automation teams to validate scalable, automation-ready solutions
- Work with OEMs & partners for scope validation and commercial alignment
- Present solution architecture, value propositions, MTTR improvements, and uptime benefits to customers
- Support deal closure and transition by creating service playbooks, SOP outlines, and operating frameworks
- Standardize presales operating models (L0/L1/L2 mix, onsite/remote ratios, escalation paths)
Requirements:
- 10–12 Years Minimum experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Data Center operations / smart hands / managed services
- Strong presales, solution writing, costing & customer-facing skills
- Deep understanding of onsite DC workflows & operating models
- CDCP Certification (Mandatory/Preferred)
- OEM certifications (Schneider, Vertiv, ABB) are highly desirable
