Aerospace Development Program - HSE Engineering - Recent Grad/Full Time (US Person Required)

This full-time program offers recent graduates the opportunity to develop skills in health, safety, and environmental engineering while contributing to compliance and operational efficiency within the aerospace sector.

Responsibilities:

• Industrial Hygiene- Air and noise sampling, exposure assessments, and Right-to-Know board updates
• Safety Engineering - Incident investigations, ergonomics, contractor safety audits, and RCCA facilitation
• Environmental Compliance- Wastewater, hazardous waste, and sustainability program support
• HSE Management Systems (HSEMS)- MOS development, audit readiness, and continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics or similar field
• Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between December 2025 and June 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2026 – August 2026
• Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S

• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
