Conveyor is the creator of the first AI-native customer trust platform, aiming to eliminate the misery from B2B customer trust processes. The Founding Sales Engineer will drive technical wins and accelerate deals by managing the technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring prospects experience the transformative power of Conveyor's platform.
Responsibilities:
- Run technical discovery and tailored demonstrations for large and technical audiences, showcasing Conveyor's capabilities in compelling ways
- Configure knowledge graphs optimally for customer objectives, help with document uploads, and enable end-users; track success criteria and present actionable recommendations for performance improvements
- Support customer integrations and environments to meet their specific requirements and maximize success
- Create and maintain comprehensive POC packets to be shared with customers, ensuring clear expectations and outcomes
- Own the quality and maintenance of demo environments, setting up customer-specific environments when needed
- Serve as the bridge between customers and Product/R&D teams, aggregating insights and running Voice of Customer sessions
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Sales Engineering or Technical Sales experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of supporting deals thru technical discovery, POCs, thru to close
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with technical and business audiences
- Technical proficiency across modern SaaS systems, data tools, APIs, integrations, etc
- Startup mindset: adaptable, collaborative, and results-driven
- Passion for solving complex technical problems with innovative solutions
- Experience with AI/ML technologies or automation platforms
- Previous experience at early-stage startups or high-growth companies
- Experience with security questionnaires, compliance frameworks, or GRC processes
