TurnKey Lender is a global SaaS platform that enables financial institutions and lenders to automate and scale their lending operations through AI-driven decisioning, workflow automation, and advanced analytics. They are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define and scale their product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approach, ensuring the market understands how TurnKey Lender is differentiated.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for priority segments and use cases
- Clearly articulate differentiation, competitive advantages, and business outcomes
- Create messaging frameworks and narrative structures that can be used consistently across marketing, sales, and customer communications
- Ensure messaging is aligned to target buyer needs, pain points, and industry trends
- Personally write and refine core messaging, value propositions, and narrative frameworks
- Develop high-quality product and solution materials, including:
- Sales presentations and pitch decks
- Solution briefs and one-pagers
- Website and landing page copy (in partnership with Content)
- Launch messaging and product collateral
- Talk tracks and value summaries
- Continuously improve materials based on sales feedback, win/loss insights, and market response
- Personally develop and maintain core sales enablement assets, including:
- Pitch decks and solution presentations
- Battlecards and competitive comparisons
- ROI and value messaging
- Industry or use-case specific materials
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify gaps and improve win rates
- Support sales readiness through messaging guidance, training, and ongoing updates
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, and releases
- Define target audiences, value messaging, and launch strategy
- Partner with Demand Generation and Content to ensure successful campaign execution
- Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Conduct market, buyer, and competitive research to inform positioning and strategy
- Develop buyer personas and use case frameworks
- Monitor competitive landscape and provide actionable insights to Sales and leadership
- Gather customer and field feedback to continuously refine messaging
- Partner closely with Product Management to understand the roadmap and translate capabilities into clear customer value
- Collaborate with the Director of Demand Generation to align campaigns with positioning and segment priorities
- Work with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to scale messaging into high-impact content and digital experiences
- Partner with subject matter experts across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to capture insights and validate messaging
- Serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent go-to-market execution
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
- Demonstrated experience personally creating high-quality messaging and sales assets (not solely managing agencies or internal teams)
- Strong ability to translate complex products into clear business value and customer outcomes
- Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market execution
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Experience working closely with Product Management and Sales teams
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Builder mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
