INSPYR Solutions is a national expert in delivering flexible technology and talent solutions. They are seeking a Marketing Analytics Program Manager to support Media Marketing & Analytics initiatives, focusing on overseeing a centralized media data warehouse and ensuring accurate media spend data collection and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Support initiatives related to centralized media data warehouse infrastructure
- Ensure accurate collection, labeling, and storage of paid media data across external platforms and agency sources
- Track 'planned vs. actual' media spend and performance to identify discrepancies and drive alignment
- Maintain high standards for data coverage, completeness, and accuracy
- Coordinate across teams to track timelines, commitments, and deliverables
- Create and maintain weekly updates, status summaries, and decks for leadership
- Capture meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups to drive clarity and execution
- Synthesize complex information into concise, actionable insights
- For more communication-focused profiles: manage agency relationships and enforce data commitments
- For more data-fluent profiles: review and validate media data, assess integrity, and analyze gaps between planned and actual spend
Requirements:
- Experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Direct experience working in: A media agency OR an in-house media/paid marketing team
- Strong familiarity with media data sources and paid media reporting structures
- Proven ability to summarize complex information into leadership-ready updates
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and driving follow-through
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with SQL
- Understanding of data structures and data lineage
- Familiarity with how databases and data warehouses operate (no deep analysis required)
- Experience collaborating with data engineering or data science teams
- Experience working with large-scale media spend tracking and attribution
