UST is a mission-driven company that transforms lives through the power of technology. They are seeking a Sales Leader to lead new business acquisition for Product Engineering Services, specifically targeting independent software vendors and mid-size enterprises in the U.S. and emerging markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new ISV opportunities aligned to product development and modernization needs
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline through targeted research, prospecting, and partner networks
- Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution fit, proposal development, and deal closure
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and account services to craft differentiated engineering solutions
- Engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders to position UST as a trusted product engineering partner
- Maintain pipeline accuracy, provide reliable forecasts, and consistently meet revenue goals
Requirements:
- At least 10 years in B2B technology or IT services sales, focused on software product engineering
- Proven record in new logo acquisition with ISVs or product-driven enterprises
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud-native, API-first, and modern application architectures
- Experience managing RFI/RFP processes and creating tailored proposals
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management
