Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions, formed in 2023 through the merger of DISYS and Signature Consultants. They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives within an Information Systems environment, focusing on aligning projects with organizational strategy and driving process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Conduct needs analyses to ensure organizational objectives are met
- Identify key stakeholders and assemble appropriate project teams
- Secure project approvals and determine resources, timelines, and budgets
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, roles, and responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and coordinate complex input and feedback
- Present project documentation and plans to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through completion
- Track milestones, manage risks, and proactively address issues
- Communicate project status, health, and recommendations to sponsors and leadership
- Build collaborative relationships across departments
- Conduct post-project evaluations and ensure alignment with intended outcomes
- Document lessons learned and present findings to stakeholders
- Archive and maintain project documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred; MBA a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of project management, quality improvement, or process improvement experience
- At least 3 years managing cross-functional teams
- Strong experience in budget management
- Advanced knowledge of PMBOK principles and tools
- Intermediate knowledge of BABOK guidelines
- Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced understanding of change management and risk management principles
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- 7+ years of project management or process improvement experience
- 7+ years of business analysis experience
- 3+ years in a healthcare or research-related environment
- PMP certification (PMI/PMP preferred)
