TurnKey Lender is a global SaaS platform that enables financial institutions and lenders to automate and scale their lending operations through AI-driven decisioning, workflow automation, and advanced analytics. They are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to build and scale a high-impact content function that supports demand generation, sales, and customer growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a quarterly content plan aligned to demand generation priorities and target segments
- Create high-quality content across formats, including:
- Blog articles and thought leadership
- Customer stories and case studies
- Whitepapers, guides, and gated assets
- Webinar content and presentation support
- Sales enablement materials and follow-up content
- Translate product positioning and campaign themes into compelling, audience-focused messaging
- Ensure content supports all stages of the buyer journey
- Own and protect TurnKey Lender’s brand voice across all written content and channels
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning across website, campaigns, social, sales materials, and thought leadership
- Apply brand and messaging guidelines to all content and ensure adherence by internal teams, freelancers, and agencies
- Partner with Marketing leadership to evolve content style, messaging frameworks, and editorial standards as the brand matures
- Review and QA content across marketing initiatives to maintain a high standard of clarity, quality, and brand alignment
- Own website messaging, content priorities, and ongoing optimization to support demand generation and growth
- Write and update page copy, landing page content, and conversion-focused messaging
- Identify opportunities to improve clarity, positioning, and conversion across key pages
- Partner with the website development resource to implement updates, new pages, and structural improvements
- Provide content requirements, briefs, and QA to ensure changes are implemented accurately and on time
- Develop and execute SEO-driven content strategies to increase organic visibility
- Conduct keyword and topic research aligned to priority segments and use cases
- Optimize content for modern search behavior, including AI-driven discovery and answer engines (AEO)
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and engagement, and continuously refine the approach
- Audit and optimize existing content to improve performance
- Partner closely with the Director of Demand Generation to develop content for integrated campaigns
- Create assets to support webinars, trade shows, outbound efforts, and account-based initiatives
- Repurpose long-form content into email, social, and campaign formats
- Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned to campaign objectives
- Manage organic social content across priority platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Maintain a consistent publishing cadence aligned to campaign and content priorities
- Monitor engagement and optimize messaging and format based on performance
- Establish scalable content production workflows and editorial processes
- Manage freelancers or agencies as needed
- Maintain a centralized content library and ensure assets are accessible for Sales and Customer Success
- Track content performance and use insights to guide future priorities
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning, messaging, and product priorities into compelling content across the buyer journey
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to capture insights, use cases, and real-world expertise
- Lead content interviews and information gathering to turn complex topics into clear, engaging, and customer-focused materials
- Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to support pipeline-focused campaigns and integrated programs
- Work with Sales and Customer Success to identify content gaps and develop customer stories, proof points, and enablement materials
- Support executive and thought leadership content as needed
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across technical and business topics
- Experience writing and optimizing website and landing page copy
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content performance analytics
- Familiarity with modern search trends, including AI-driven discovery and answer engines
- Experience supporting demand generation and integrated campaigns
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Builder mindset with strong ownership and attention to quality
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
