Microsoft is at the forefront of AI transformation, seeking a customer-obsessed Engineering Manager to lead the development of Copilot Notebooks and enhance user experiences within Microsoft 365. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years' experience as an engineering manager, or a technical lead with a passion for coaching and mentoring others
- 1+ years developing AI-powered applications or integrating AI/ML features into product features
- Experience in building web applications using React, TypeScript
- Experience leveraging AI to increase engineering velocity and quality
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and cross-org partnerships with product, research, design, and engineering teams
- Proven ability to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive org culture, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team
