About this role
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Windows Endpoint Engineer to utilize their skills in managing and improving the endpoint fleet. The role focuses on endpoint management technologies, client health, and enhancing the end-user experience with a strong emphasis on tools like SCCM and Intune.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with Intune and SCCM
- Experience with cross-team troubleshooting efforts
- Knowledge of desktop OS deployment and imaging, application installs, OS patching, and feature updates
- Knowledge of built-in Microsoft desktop technologies, including BitLocker, Credential Guard, WSL, and Windows Hello for Business
- Knowledge of third-party security products such as NGAV, EDR, and EPM
- Knowledge of change management in an enterprise environment
- Ability to diagnose complex issues
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience with application control
- Experience with ITIL framework
- Experience migrating from hybrid or co-management to cloud native
- Experience with AI tools such as M365 Copilot and the application of these tools to endpoint management
- Experience supporting developers using virtualization on Windows endpoints such as WSL or Docker
- Knowledge of conditional access and advanced compliance evaluation
- ITIL framework certification
- Microsoft certifications such as Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification
- Security certifications such as CompTIA Security + certification
