Daniels Health is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Management Professional to manage new customer implementations. The Implementation Project Manager will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of programs at new customer locations, leading internal meetings and driving communication throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of implementations at new customer locations
- Lead internal implementation calls for assigned implementation projects
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliveries are met
- Work with the customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure timely implementation
- Monitor the progress of implementations projects assigned and identify any potential delays or issues that may arise
- Work with Installation Director to schedule upcoming installations and resources needed
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure that product is ordered and delivered on time
- Manage all internal communication for assigned implementation projects
- Provide clear and concise communication and updates to all key internal stakeholders
- Delegate tasks to Implementation Coordinators as needed
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements to implementation process
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- High level of personal ownership and ability to lead and influence non-direct reports
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited data
- Ability to adapt to changing situations as new information and updates become available
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Position can be performed remotely, but is expected to keep Central or Eastern business hours
