Customer/1 Billing System or Customer/1 CSS Supplier Services SME/ Designer

CloudIngest is seeking a Customer/1 CSS Supplier Services SME/ Designer to provide specialized insights and design technical solutions in collaboration with IT and Business teams. The role involves application development, performance optimization, and ensuring data security and compliance while providing support and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized insights in CSS (Customer/1) on Supplier Services and can design the technical solution in coordination IT & Business teams
• Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS
• Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to enhance efficiency
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security policies
• Provide technical support, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements
• Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements
• Maintain system documentation and assist in training to the developers
