Responsibilities:
- Support Cybersecurity strategy implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance divisional value and security posture
- Collaborate across teams to effectively integrate cybersecurity strategies and solutions
- Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms for leadership to monitor operational KPIs and progress toward goals
- Manage planning artifacts, including annual OKRs and high-level roadmaps, with quarterly reviews
- Oversee strategy maps, key priorities, and business case submissions spanning 1/3/5-year horizons
- Conduct quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning reviews to ensure work remains aligned with commitments
- Align cybersecurity business operations with departmental strategy, mission, and goals
- Identify and address gaps within the operating model to optimize effectiveness
- Collaborate with finance teams on planning and budgeting processes to ensure resource alignment
- Ensure divisional plans and budgets support organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
- Prepare agendas for cybersecurity leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Participate in leadership meetings to resolve barriers and develop actionable plans
- Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective information flow among stakeholders
- Coordinate stakeholder information requests and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations
- Support the VP of Cybersecurity in strategic planning, roadmap development, and operational planning
- Impact the implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve divisional objectives
- Stay informed on audits and assessments requiring cybersecurity support
- Integrate audit findings into division strategies and roadmaps
- Ensure prioritized work aligns with division goals and compliance requirements
- Monitor and respond to changes impacting division priorities and commitments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in leadership roles within cybersecurity, product management, or related fields
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across organizational boundaries effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans
- High levels of integrity and confidentiality handling sensitive information
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple demands and priorities
