Healthy Gamer is a company focused on mental health education, seeking a Content Product Manager to oversee the content business engine across Guides and Memberships. The role involves defining and executing strategies to enhance user engagement and optimize the content ecosystem through data-driven decisions and clear product narratives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end content product and experience strategy across Guides and Memberships
- Design the content ecosystem: how modules, bundles, and subscriptions fit together as a coherent learning experience
- Own key metrics: conversion rate, LTV, retention, and engagement across Guides and Memberships
- Optimize the user experience to drive key learning and real world outcomes for your products
- Plan the monthly membership content production cadence: lecture topics, timelines
- Set clear product specifications and standards for content products (Dr. K's Guide, Memberships) to guide engineering, design, and data teams
- Translate product strategy into clear, measurable PRDs and experiment plans
- Analyze funnel data to identify UX friction and drop-off points, translate findings into product improvements
- Partner with Marketing on positioning, launches, user journey alignment
- Manage cross-product tradeoffs between Guides and Memberships
- Own weekly dashboards and monthly performance reporting
- Collaborate with the Platform PM to enable data-driven and personalized content experiences
- Stay close to the Healthy Gamer community -- understand what's working, what's confusing, what's missing
- Communicate strategy and progress clearly to the team through regular updates and documentation
Requirements:
- Deeply data-driven individuals: you use analytics to make decisions, identify problems, and validate solutions
- You have strong design sensibility: you know what good UX looks like, you can create intuitive user flows, and you ensure products feel easy to use
- You're AI-native: you use AI tools to accelerate your work -- creating prototypes, writing specs, analyzing data, and building automations
- You communicate clearly and create visibility: your team always knows what you're working on and why
- Familiarity with mental health, wellness, or community-driven products
- You've shipped education or learning products that achieved measurable engagement or revenue outcomes
