The company is seeking a Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and drive strategic initiatives by translating business needs into actionable insights. This role will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and provide recommendations that improve business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders to inform product, operational, and strategic decisions
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key business metrics and performance trends
- Translate complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks and actionable insights
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and gaps across business functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track outcomes, and measure the impact of initiatives
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting and analytics outputs
- Document processes, assumptions, and methodologies to promote transparency and repeatability
- Support leadership with insights that inform strategy, prioritization, and operational improvements
Requirements:
- Strong experience in business analysis, data interpretation, and reporting
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and modeling
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Solid understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance measurement
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience in technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or other data-intensive industries
- Familiarity with Python or R for business analytics and process automation
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation, or predictive analytics
- Prior experience supporting product, marketing, or revenue-focused teams
