Responsibilities:
- STATUS REPORTING OF OPERATIONAL SUPPORT TASKS AND RELATED WORK EFFORTS
- IDENTIFYING METRICS AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS) OF PROCESSES AND THEIR OUTPUT
- CREATE, MANAGE AND MAINTAIN POLICY, PLAN, PROCESS, PROCEDURE AND OTHER PROGRAM DOCUMENTS SUCH AS PROCESS FLOWS, STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES, DESK MANUALS AND PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES
- REVIEW, EDIT, AND MAINTAIN DOCUMENTATION CONSISTENCY AND ACCURACY FOR DOCUMENTATION SUBMITTED BY BOTH STAFF AND VENDORS
- MONITOR AND SUPPORT DEADLINES, MILESTONES AND ACTIVITIES
- APPLY CHANGE, RISK AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
- DOCUMENT ALL MEETINGS ATTENDED, DIRECTIVES, AND SIGNIFICANT PHONE CONVERSATIONS
- DEVELOP AND DELIVER PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL PROGRAM UPDATES TO DIS LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORTING STAFF
- COMMUNICATES WITH IT LEADERSHIP, BUSINESS LEADERSHIP AND IT BUSINESS CONSULTANTS TO COMMUNICATE PROGRAM STRATEGY, DIRECTION AND CHANGES
- RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING KEY PROJECT MILESTONES AND RECOMMENDING ADJUSTMENTS TO PROJECT MANAGERS
- MUST POSSESS EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE IN THE USE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE TOOLS
Requirements:
- EXCELLENT TECHNICAL WRITING SKILLS; TECHNICAL WRITING EXPERIENCE
- ABILITY TO CREATE EFFECTIVE AND CLEAR PROCESS FLOWS AND SIMILAR DIAGRAMS IN POWERPOINT OR VISIO
- BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR AN ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE WITH 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- MUST POSSESS EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE IN THE USE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE TOOLS
- EXCELLENT PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY
- SIMULTANEOUSLY MANAGE MULTIPLE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
- STRONG SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING SKILLS
