Technical Project Manager III - REMOTE

Net Health is a leading-edge SaaS company in healthcare that delivers solutions to help patients live better lives. The Technical Project Manager III will be responsible for managing implementation projects, establishing project teams, and ensuring that client requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Work with client project manager to understand client's needs and provide technical, operational and product consultancy
• Responsible for guiding workflow design, building and testing the system, and analyzing other technical issues associated with our software Identifying and implementing requested changes
• Provide end-to-end project management and execution throughout processing implementation projects including certification, project launch, pilot testing, etc
• Provide technical, business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solutions to be delivered to the market
• Gather application requirements and technical knowledge to design and build TA integrations from UAT to Go Live
• Handle multiple implementation projects in parallel
• Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert to clients and internal teams to provide technical expertise
• Work together with customers to facilitate smooth implementations
• Assist in providing Tier II support to customers
• Serve as a training point of contact for designated group of new clients, including complex enterprise clients
• Work with client to ensure configuration of database is completed prior to end-user training
• Deliver standard implementation activities ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations
• Provide go-live support to clients
• Post go-live, assist clinicians/providers with application and workflow questions, prior to transition to support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's of Science in engineering, computer science, technology, business, business administration or 6+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years' project management experience in healthcare information technology field
• 3+ years' experience interfacing directly with corporate clients to understand their business needs, create solutions, and drive implementation of software products
• PMP Certification
• Strong track record of launching fully responsive products and digital software applications
• Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new technical skills quickly
• Strong understanding of complex technology concepts
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• NetSuite
• Smartsheet
• 1-3 years' experience building integrations and APIs is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of and experience with Allscripts and/or Cerner is preferred but not required
